We want you to feel confident in your L’H purchase. If the fit or style isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact us at l.h.swbnw@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be requested and approved by L’H before the item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unworn and only tried on indoors

Be unwashed and unaltered

Be free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, odors, pet hair, or any other signs of wear

Have all original tags and labels attached

Be returned with its original packaging and accessories
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, washed, or returned without their original tags may be refused.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind, fit, or styling-related returns.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, L’H will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and provide an appropriate resolution.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, please return your original item and place a new order for the desired size. This allows us to process your return and new order separately and helps ensure the requested size is available.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being approved.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other non-refundable fees are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
